What counts as a pull?
Every time a consuming harness resolves and downloads an asset version through the registry API or the lugem CLI. Pulls are counted per calendar month, and every one is an audit event.
Do you store my asset content?
No. lugem stores metadata and a content reference — the bytes stay in your own storage backend (GitHub/Git, S3-compatible, HTTPS/artifact, or AWS Agent Registry). Storage is never metered by us.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the new limits apply from your effective tier, with a grace period through any billing transition.
How is access controlled on each plan?
Every asset is org-wide, group-scoped, or private, enforced uniformly on browse, detail, and every pull — on every plan, including Free.
